We are currently seeking proactive, team-minded, compassionate, and social-justice-oriented Associate and Licensed MFTs to provide telehealth and in-person sessions. These are hybrid (in-person/telehealth), part-time W-2 positions. San Diego-based candidates are preferred but we will consider candidates residing in other parts of California.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical counseling to clients residing anywhere in California via telehealth and in-person sessions in South Park, San Diego
- Maintain a caseload of 10-15 client hours/week, with option to expand
- Complete clinical documentation each week by Sunday night
- Self-advertisement that is compliant with BBS requirements
- Adhere to ethical, legal and therapeutic practices in accordance with BBS, HIPAA, and CAMFT standards
- Coordinate vacations well in advance so as to minimize the impact to clients and team members
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in marriage & family therapy
- Valid Registration / License from the BBS
- Proof of Malpractice / Liability insurance through CPH
- Organized and attentive to clinical documentation, invoices, calendars, referrals
- Committed to the success of the practice and the team as a whole
- Ability to adopt constructive feedback and desire for collaboration
Compensation & Benefits:
- Associates MFTs receive a 60/40% fee split and Licensed MFTs receive a 75/25% fee split based on our sliding fee scale or negotiated insurance rates
